We have a TS473A deployed in our local network. We are using it for CIFS file sharing and iSCSI block storage for our ESXi and ProxMox virtualization environments. We added a QNAP 10G network card to it and are getting blazing fast data speeds for our VMs and our User file operations. We have recently begun to use HBS3 for backups and are also running a sync job for the CIFS folders to our Wasabi hot cloud storage. The TS473A has been a rock-solid performer. Firmware and Application upgrades are painless and we love having Security Center to run regular security checkups against the configuration. All in all, the QNAP NAS has been one of the best and most used purchases for our IT infrastructure.
