Upgrade & Save Program Terms and Conditions
Regulations of Upgrade & Save program
- The Upgrade & Save program is limited to self-owned property. Please make sure to include a photo with the serial number of your old device on the application form.
- Old devices can be any brand or model of NAS. After each old device is approved, a unique discount code will be sent to your email within 5 business days. Please ensure that the information you provide is accurate.
- Discount codes are limited to the purchase of designated models within the QNAP Online Store. Each discount code can only be used on one new device. If you have two or more eligible NAS devices, please use the discount codes for separate transactions.
- The discount code is valid for one month from the date of issuance.
- Discount codes issued in this promotion cannot be combined with other promotional offers, and NAS models already discounted in this promotion are not eligible.
- The company reserves the right to adjust discount prices according to market conditions.
- QNAP Inc. reserves the right to make the final interpretation and modifications of this promotion.
- Upgrade & Save program submissions end 12/31 11:59 PM (PDT), and valid for US customers only.
