QNAP Certified Refurbished products undergo careful inspection and testing to ensure proper functionality and are securely repackaged. Packaging and cosmetic condition may show minor signs of handling or wear.

Where do refurbished products come from?

Refurbished products may come from customer returns, canceled orders, or fully functional units that have left our business partners’ warehouses and can no longer be sold as new.

Is a standard warranty included with refurbished products?

Yes. QNAP Certified Refurbished NAS devices include a one-year limited warranty.

Extended warranty services are not available for refurbished products.

Can I return my QNAP refurbished products?

Refurbished products and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
