What can I expect in terms of the physical condition of the product?
Products are securely repackaged in their original boxes. The product itself is like new and unused, though the outer box may show signs of handling or storage.
Where do refurbished products come from?
Refurbished products may come from customer returns, canceled orders, or fully functional units that have left our business partners’ warehouses and can no longer be sold as new.
What is the warranty? Is it the same as with new products?
Yes. QNAP Certified Refurbished NAS devices include the same limited warranty as brand-new products.
For Seagate or Western Digital hard drives, warranty coverage depends on the respective manufacturer’s policy.
Can I return my QNAP refurbished products?
Refurbished products and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
