RETURNS

• Returns can be processed after receiving an order within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
• The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we process your return. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed.

Note: Orders paid through Klarna are not eligible for refunds.

How to Return Items

1. Sign in to your QNAP account.
2. Go to My Orders.
3. Select your order and click Return.
4. Download your free UPS return label and ship your item back.

REFUNDS

• Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you by email.
• Refunds are usually processed within 7 days of receipt.
• Depending on your credit card provider, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
